The Board of Directors would like to welcome you to our web site for Yorktown on the Park, (MTCC 955). We would like you to explore the public areas of the web site to learn more about our building and the location in which it is situated. As part of the mandate from the owners of the Yorktown on the Park, we upgraded many areas of the building including the hallways and lobbys along with the main lobby. Shortly we will be replacing the Fire Alarm panel system and refurbish the front entrance way and lobby. In 2000, we are completed the process by adding the final furniture to the main lobby as well as the elevator lobbies. The elevator cabs will also be refurbished that year as well.
In 1999, we replaced our key entry security system with a state-of-the-art electronic key-less system, upgraded and replaced various exercise equipment within the Exercise Room.
This web site is a testament of the type of environment that is being created at Yorktown on the Park. Unlike many of the new condominium projects currently under construction, Yorktown on the Park is fully Internet ready with the building being Roger's Hi-speed Internet ready. It has a fully functional web site that provides information and support to owners and residents alike. It is unique in that non-resident owners can now receive or view the same information that resident owners can.
The web site is divided into three distinct areas: public, residents and owners. The residents and owners areas are designed specifically for the residents and owners of Yorktown on the Park. These areas are restricted to the registered residents and owners.
Yorktown on the Park is located near the waterfront in downtown Toronto close to both the Don Valley Parkway and the Gardiner Expressway. Local TTC service is provided by two bus routes that run adjacent to the building. It is also located near the Eaton Centre which is a short 15-minute walk from the building.
Yorktown on the Park consists of 349 units, ranging from bachelor, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and two-level units. There is underground parking for 200 cars. This area outlines the Amenities along with other significant conviences.
