Yorktown on the Park is located near the waterfront in downtown Toronto close to both the Don Valley Parkway and the Gardiner Expressway and the Toronto Ravines Park System, which provides a unique system of trails and paths that you can hike, roller-blade or bicycle. Local TTC service is provided by two bus routes that run adjacent to the building. It is also located near the Eaton Centre which is a short 15-minute walk from the building. It is situated amongst numerous theatres such as the Sony Centre, Pantages Theatre, the Elgin Theatre, the Wintergarden Theatre, as well as local rep theatres such as the Canadian Stage Company and Young Peoples' Theatre.

Yorktown on the Park consists of 349 units, ranging from bachelor, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and two-level units with underground parking for 200 cars. Yorktown on the Park faces a boulevard park known as Crombie Park in the St. Lawrence neighbourhood. The building provides 24-hour concierge service and a state-of-the-art electronic key-less security system.

Amongst the indoor amenities is a fully equipped exercise and aerobics rooms. In conjunction with these are a sauna and whirlpool.

Other facilities provided are a party room, ping-pong room and guest suites. The guest suites are available to rent by any Yorktown on the Park resident for $35 a night.

One of the more unique facilities provided by Yorktown on the Park is this web site. The residents and owners areas are designed specifically for the residents and owners of Yorktown on the Park and are restricted to the registered residents and owners. The web site contains online for easy reference to the owners, the Condominium Declarations, Annual General Meeting minutes and other documents. Electronic forms are provided for both owners and residents to use in place of the equivalent paper forms. This allows an owner or resident to easily communicate with the Condominium Corporation through the Internet from within the own suite or from the other side of the world!

The web site also provides access to the elevator and guest suite reservation system. This reservation system allows residents to easily book the elevator or guest suite from their home or office.
